Welcome to „Apartments In Kiel“.
We offer fully furnished and equipped apartments with 1 to 4 bedroom units. Apartment sizes range from app. 25 to 100 sqm. The apartments are located in central Kiel at Hamburger Chaussee 72 to 74, 24113 Kiel. Our portfolio ranges from fully furnished and equipped studios to mulit room units with additional living and/or dining hall. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a non-shared bathroom.
The apartments are always in mint condition, well-tended and clean. We pay close attention to our high standards and maintain the apartments continuously. Thus, we can guarantee you these conditions at any time.
Furnishing and Equipment:
All units are furnished at good taste, comfortable and in a modern style. Standard amenities include at least a microwave, electric oven, water kettle, coffee machine / hand filter, and toaster. An ironing board with an electric iron, a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner are available as well.
Each room is at least equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, armchair, and a rack or a commode as well as cable or DVB-T connected TV.
All apartments have complimentary high speed WI-FI.
If an apartment does not provide a washing machine, we offer the use of a common washing facility with washing machine and dryer.

Our Apartments
Prices and Services:
Our rates are variable and can be adjusted according to short-term as well as preferably to long-term rents.
We offer additional services and include always bed-linen as well as towels on request. Furthermore, our prices include all utility costs as well as WiFi and the washing machine/dryer. During heating period an energy surcharge may be applicable.
We arrange a contact to an external cleaning service for e.g. intermediate cleanings upon request.

Arrival:
An early registration and reservation is mandatory. The handover of the keys needs to be arranged by telephone app. 1 hour prior to your arrival because we do not offer a reception.
Location and Surrounding Facilities
The city centre, central station and cruise terminals are approximately 1.5 km away.
The apartments are well connected to an extensive network of public transport services. Major bus lines stop at our door step and provide fast and frequent connections to Kiel central station (bus stop “Waldwiese”, lines 501, 502, 61, 62).
The nearby motorway offers convenient and fast access to all locations in and around Kiel.
Supermarkets, convenience stores, banks, and doctors are located within walking distance. A recreation area and sports center are located across the street.
